"Bulgarian Energy Holding EAD ("BEH"), rated (P) Ba1 by Moody’s and BB- by Fitch, has mandated J.P. Morgan and Banca IMI, to arrange a series of fixed income investor meetings in the UK and Continental Europe, commencing on July 18th. BEH is Bulgaria’s largest company by assets and is 100% owned by the Bulgarian State. BEH’s assets are of a strategic importance to Bulgaria’s economy and include most of Bulgaria’s largest electricity generation facilities as well as the electricity and gas transmission grids. A Reg S only intermediate tenor benchmark offering, which is expected to be rated (Р) Ba2 by Moody’s and BB- by Fitch may follow, subject to market conditions. FCA / ICMA stabilisation applies."
